Event Coverage- Athletic
    trainers and/or Dr. Goldstein
    will attend your competition
    and handle athletes or
    spectators requiring first aid or
    medical assistance.

Site Visits- Teams participate in a preventative injury
program. Dr. Goldstein visits your team site, and with the
consent of parents, athletes are seen during practice at
the coaches discretion. Often reassurance, simple advice,
and follow up is all that is necessary - with continued
    participation of sport recommended.

wellbody has no financial incentive, voting ability, or policy making in the business
or contracts made between teams and their athletes, customers, or partners.

There is no financial transaction between wellbody and the owners, coaches,
athletes, or booster clubs for wellbody's services or the relationship between
wellbody and the teams. (Optional lectures and classes may have a fee that is
explained at the time of the specific event)

wellbody is an independent service that is not an employee, agent, partner, or owner
    of any of the teams.

Although wellbody does not involve itself in the policy making or philosophy of the
individual teams- each of the team's owners have discussed their philosophy with Dr.
Goldstein before wellbody involvement. There is no absolute guarantee that any
premier level sport is free from injury or risk. Each athlete and parent should
carefully evaluate their goals and expectations before making a commitment to any
    team.

wellbody assists teams in preventative injury care and healthy options during sport-
but does not guarantee any sport or team is injury free, risk free, or the best choice
    for your child.

wellbody does believe that the participating teams offer premier level sports in an
ethical, fun environment.  Careful evaluation is made to see that wellbody's
philosophy continues to support each team's philosophy before continued
participation. There is no contract or obligation for wellbody to continue its services
    with any club or team.

Individual athletes receiving care from Dr. Goldstein have a patient/physician
relationship following the policies of the Kansas Board of Healing Arts.
Sports Clinic- Dr. Goldstein sees patients wanting
sports friendly advice who also desire the knowledge
and safety of a Board Certified Pediatrician.

In the privacy of the office setting, parents and athletes
find the diagnosis of injury or illness; treatment, and
recommendations for continued participation in their
sport. It is always suggested that a consent is signed to
allow communication between the coach and physician.

If Dr. Goldstein believes a specialist is needed, wellbody
attempts to refer to the most sports friendly, qualified
    expert in the area.
